There has been a ton of research on the effects of omega-3 and how it affects the body, and it keeps showing how important it is to have your kids eating these foods.
If your kids were like me when I was younger, they may not like fish all that much. Although fish is one of the best ways to increase your omega-3 intake, there are many more ways.
